The Hydraforce 5062035 (5062035) is a solenoid-operated, 2-port, normally closed, poppet-type, proportional, screw-in hydraulic cartridge valve. It is specifically designed for low leakage blocking and load-holding applications. When de-energized, the SP16-20 functions as a check valve, permitting flow from port 1 to port 2 while blocking the reverse direction from port 2 to port 1. Upon energization, the poppet lifts to open the flow path from port 2 to port 1; however, in this mode, flow from port 1 to port 2 becomes severely restricted. This valve features a continuous-duty rated coil and an efficient wet-armature construction for enhanced performance. It also offers manual override options and can be equipped with optional waterproof E-Coils that are rated up to IP69K for superior protection against harsh environmental conditions. The valve is designed with an industry common cavity, ensuring compatibility with various hydraulic systems and simplifying installation and maintenance processes.
