Service and Repair

Our custom designed and FSC-built test stand is truly state of the art, including
the latest in data acquisition hardware and software. The test unit is in a self-contained
‘clean-room’, and features quick setup and testing for any brand or type of hydraulic

Each unit that we repair is fully tested, and reports are generated showing the
unit’s performance. We can record and report torques, pressures, displacements and
a number of other performance measures, while making precise settings to increase
the efficiencies of your machinery. This software is also portable so that we can
bring our test capabilities to your machine.
We are an Authorized Rexroth Service Center. This means that we are able
to perform warranty service work on Rexroth’s behalf, right here in Wisconsin. Our
service technicians are factory-trained and are ready to assist with any Rexroth
component or system repairs.

Fluid System Components has developed a very advanced Field Service Division to
bring our technicians and technology to you. With sophisticated Data Acquisition
hardware and software, we can diagnose problems, troubleshoot your system and perform
repairs at your location. Field Services include troubleshooting, repair and preventative
maintenance, plumbing, installation and startup services, as well as custom filtration
and contamination testing and oil analysis, including particle counts. |
