Capabilities
All
components are designed, detailed and programmed using a 3-D parametric CAD/CAM
system
Stress
distribution on components are analyzed utilizing a Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
system to optimize our designs for strength, weight and cost
Our
extensive in-house test lab provides our customer with valuable data.

Tests include:
Static
and fully-reversed torsional fatigue
tests up to 30,000 ft-lbs
Dust
box tests for universal joints
Compression/Extension
tests on drivelines
In
addition to in-house testing, we also offer field testing services to our customers.
We can view record and graph real-time torsional data off an instrumented driveshaft
while running in the intended application. |
